I'm Mary - an award winning textile artist. I've been making felt art for nearly 10 years and am influenced by pretty things, patterns and treasures of the world.

ABOUT MY WORK
I create multi-media textile art by using wool felting techniques, appliqué and embroidery, finished with beads and embellishments.
Decorative art holds a lot of value for me, as it makes my home feel like my safe space.
That's why I make this type of art - to share moments of comfort with you, to take you to a time and place that makes you happy.
Resourcefulness is important to me - it's better for the planet (and my purse!) Finding second-hand treasures sets off some wild excitement in me, so a lot of my work has re-used fabrics, charity shop beads, someone's old wool stash. When buying wool I choose British where I can, or Scandinavian, and if it's from pet sheep then even better!
I hand-paint old frames to set my work in, choosing colours and motifs to match the art, and I use velvet offcuts to stitch my work to, which adds a beautiful richness and depth of colour.

Do you ship worldwide?
My items are only available to purchase in the UK at this time.
When will I receive my order?
I aim to dispatch within 3 days and ship using Royal Mail 48hr tracked.
Please bear in mind that I do this around my full time job.
Can I collect my order?
I can't arrange collections, but I might be able to drop round to you in Clevedon - please email me to discuss. It would be evening or weekend.
Do you do commissions?
Can I get a refund?

Due to work commitments I am unable to take on any commissions.
If your art is not as described you have the right to a refund or repair. Due to the unique nature of my work I am unable to offer replacements.
